You can never have too much professional help at your disposal. So, even if you’re
currently working with a divorce real estate agent, let’s get acquainted!
A DIVORCE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL
In addition to being trained as a Divorce Real Estate Professional, I have the patience, understanding, and empathy to assist couples who are selling a home while going through a divorce.
I also have the discipline to remain impartial and the conflict resolution abilities to keep transactions moving forward.
In short, I can help you help your clients.
If you have questions about my credentials or how I can help you help your
clients, please feel free to call or text (208) 400-5964 or email me at Jeff@freedomidaho.com.
Also, you can use the calendar at the bottom of this webpage to schedule a time for us to meet at your convenience.
Working with experienced professionals is always easier than trying to explain procedures to those who are unfamiliar them. That’s just the first and most obvious benefit of working with a Divorce Real Estate Professional.
My short e-book outlines the 5 most important reasons why Divorce Attorneys benefit from recommending real estate agents who are experienced and knowledgeable about divorce real estate.
It explores the important roles played by: Knowledge, Understanding, Detachment, Communication and Cooperation, and Going Beyond.

REALTORS® who have been schooled in Divorce Real Estate are aware of the rules that must be followed. We know that the courts have something to say about disposition of marital assets. We urge our clients to follow those rules.
We understand that divorcing parties may not wish to come together to meet with an agent. Thus, I’m always perfectly willing to meet with each party separately.
I also understand that one party may be reluctant to sell. As a result, he or she may put up roadblocks. I’m skilled in showing reluctant parties why it is in their best interests to cooperate.
Conflict resolution is one of the components of schooling for divorce real estate agents, and I believe it is a vital skill. Even couples who are not divorcing come into conflict over everything from the listing price to how best to declutter the house. Couples in divorce find even more reasons to disagree.
When working with a divorcing couple, I work with the attorneys to bring about a positive sale of the house. I’m always glad to prepare a market analysis, even if one party plans to buy out the other’s interest.
When I am working with a divorcing couple, I make sure that the attorneys involved are informed of any issues or problems that might affect their client’s interests.
Professionalism sometimes demands getting into uncomfortable situations, and Divorce Real Estate Professionals are willing to meet those demands.
